- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆IF I COULD GIVE THIS ZERO OR NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!!! This is the worst bank I have ever done business with. When we paid our car loan (on time like always) we gave them $550 for them to take our loan amount of 526 out. They apparently decided to take 525 instead. A few weeks later we started getting hounded by them and they threatened to report us to the credit bureau for us apparently owing them $1.01!!!! They looked in their records, admitted they had messed up, and STILL THREATENED US. When I went in to pay today the teller refused to take any change from me. It was $1.01 and she would not take ANY change. She made me come inside and use the coin counter because "we don't take change anymore, that's why we have a coin counter". This is the WORST customer service I have ever seen. The store was not busy, it would have taken 15 seconds to count the change, but the teller was rude and refused to work with me.By Amber, June 27, 2017
