- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My insurance should have been switched over to include prenatal visits....I spent a week calling the number and then them telling me to go down to the office. When I got to the office they told me to call the number. I had, had enough at that point. Then the lady Said ok "well let me ask her shes more knowledgeable" ok well you should have done that in the first place without brushing me off....and im sure this is quite common question too. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Called the DHS with a question of where to get hesting assistance application for the upcoming winter. They lady was rude to me and gave me the number very quickly .
