She answered every question I had and I left feeling much more aware of what my policy entailed. She is very outgoing and makes this a much more enjoyable experience. Any time I have questions or need to make changes, she is very quick to respond and take care of things. Definitely a go-to gal. Love my insurance people! She took the time to make sure we were getting all of the possible discounts which was greatly appreciated. Nicole was sweet and truly cared about our well-being. My fiance spoke highly of her and it was easy to see why, the moment I met Nicole. Coming from a different insurance provider, I was unsure of the change but now I can honestly say I am so happy with who we are now with. They don't treat you as a customer, they treat you as family.
