  Been a member here for over 20 years. I suspect some of the negative reviews are fake. Online banking and billpay are no problem whatsoever. They also do let you pick your own PIN. The reviewer who said otherwise was not correct.

  Rude inconsiderate lying theives,can't get a straight answer. Talk to the hoping for straight communication and they go back on the word. Only payments missed were when they were supposed to take the payment out.They have accused used us of living somewhere we never lived and phone number. Telling me it doesn't matter. Duh it does you dorks.

  I've worked/banked at Wells Fargo and I've had accounts with Veridian, UofI Credit Union, and Dupaco. This place is great. Literally the only financial operation I've ever dealt with that's competent, thoughtful, and simple! No reason to go elsewhere!

  Started banking here not too long ago. I am thankful for their extremely convenient app, because their face to face customer service at the Blairs Ferry branch consistently leaves something to be desired. Some of their policies and incentives (i.e. 2% APY checking) are great. I'd recommend this bank for those who take a simple approach to managing their finances, which the app easily allows you to do. I would not recommend this bank for those needing to frequently visit the actual bank for complex transactions. EDIT: Changing this to 1 star. Came here for an auto loan a while ago. This was the first place I went to. I have always bought my cars with cash and didn't know much about the auto loan process. The loan lady came off as snarky and answered only a few of my questions- but in a very condescending way. She didn't seem to want to work with me to get me a loan. I was handed a few pamphlets and rushed out of the office. I went to Collins Community Credit Union and the lady there helped me out and she worked for me to get me an auto loan for $20k.
