- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I had called the main post office in Cedar Rapids Iowa and had terrible customer service and I mean terrible very very rude. I ended up calling this post office a gentleman answered he was very polite he helped me with exactly the question I had even apologize for the other guys inconsiderateness very very pleased.By Tayzha Musil, January 16, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to the 60th street NE post office 2 weeks ago & signed papers to resume mail delivery at my address . In the two weeks since then no mail has been delivered & no one answers the phone . So now another trip back to the post office to see if they can get it right .
